Gli Ozora, una delle band più innovative e acclamate della scena musicale italiana, annunciano con entusiasmo l’uscita del loro quarto singolo “Quando mangio da solo a volte piango (Hangover)” estratto dall’attesissimo terzo album “Litanie” in uscita il prossimo 11 Ottobre. In aggiunta alla release digitale del singolo, per l’occasione la band ha realizzato anche un videoclip.

La band commenta il nuovo singolo:
“Quando mangio da solo a volte piango (Hangover)” è una canzone con una forte attitudine punk sorprendendoti per quanto sia diretta e d’impatto. È coinvolgente e straordinaria come le altre canzoni già pubblicate che fanno parte del prossimo album in uscita. Dal punto di vista del testo, potrebbe essere descritta così: “Dipendo da te. Ho sempre dipeso da te. Sei il mio nutrimento, e ora che te ne stai andando… a volte piango.”

Proseguendo sulla scia dei precedenti lavori, “Perpendicolari” (2017) e “Angelica” (2021), le otto tracce del nuovo album sono state registrate presso i prestigiosi Fusix Studio sotto la sapiente guida di Andrea Fusini, noto per le sue collaborazioni con artisti di spicco come Ready, Set, Fall!, Delain e La Sad.

Gli Ozora continuano a stupire con un suono unico che attraversa con maestria svariati generi metal, rock progressivo e rock alternativo, arricchendoli con nuovi suoni e arrangiamenti originali. Il cantato in italiano, le complessità strumentali tipiche del miglior progressive e l’energia travolgente del rock si fondono armoniosamente creando un’esperienza musicale senza precedenti.

Questo nuovo lavoro non solo consolida la reputazione degli Ozora come una delle band più interessanti del panorama musicale italiano ma segna anche un ulteriore passo avanti nella loro evoluzione artistica. Gli Ozora promettono di portare i loro fan in un viaggio sonoro affascinante e coinvolgente che conferma la loro capacità di innovare e sorprendere.

Il terzo disco in studio dal titolo “Litanie” sarà pubblicato il prossimo 11 Ottobre in Digipak CD + Digital Download/Streaming

Compassionizer is a project created in 2020 during the “self-isolation regime”

The project is named after the 2007 album of Roz Vitalis

Stylistically, Compassionizer is the project creating music that can be called “Melodic Atmospheric World Avant Music” – at the intersection of chamber avantprog, ambient, sympho prog, world music, eclectic prog, atmospheric jazz, electronic psychedelics and other directions.
Musicians focus on Melody and Atmosphere, using both Western and Eastern instruments, as well as non-trivial – for rock music – time signatures and varieties of rhythm section.

The metaphysical idea of the project is that both music making and listening to music should ideally contribute to the development of such human qualities as sympathy, empathy and compassion.

This album is the debut release by Compassionizer. The album is titled “Caress of Compassion”. If you like non-trivial atmospheric/sophisticated hard-to-define instrumental music that “Caress of Compassion” can be your cup of tea!

Gong are an international progressive rock band that incorporates elements of jazz and space rock into their musical style. The group was formed in Paris in 1967 by Australian musician Daevid Allen and English vocalist Gilli Smyth. Band members have included Didier Malherbe, Pip Pyle, Steve Hillage, Mike Howlett, Pierre Moerlen, Bill Laswell and Theo Travis. Others who have played on stage with Gong include Don Cherry, Chris Cutler, Bill Bruford, Brian Davison, Dave Stewart and Tatsuya Yoshida.

Gong’s 1970 debut album, Magick Brother featured a psychedelic pop sound. By the following year, the second album, Camembert Electrique, featured the more psychedelic rock/space rock sound with which they would be most associated.[2] Between 1973 and 1974, Gong released their best known work, the allegorical Radio Gnome Invisible trilogy, describing the adventures of Zero the Hero, the Good Witch Yoni and the Pot Head Pixies from the Planet Gong.

In 1975, Allen and Smyth left the band, which continued without them, releasing a series of jazz rock albums under the leadership of drummer Pierre Moerlen. This incarnation soon became known as Pierre Moerlen’s Gong. Meanwhile, Smyth formed Mother Gong while Allen initiated a series of spin-off groups, including Planet Gong, New York Gong and Gongmaison, before returning to lead Gong once again in 1990 until his death in 2015. With Allen’s encouragement, the band decided to continue, releasing the album Rejoice! I’m Dead! in September 2016.
