Satan’s Sludge is a thrash-groove, speed-doom album that is influenced by the 80’s satanic panic, along with movie portrayals of gang violence & drug use. The notion of sludge is a metaphor for the perspective people have on youthful rebellion as being poisoning & toxic.
“In an alternate world, crazed motor gangs & lone psycho’s roam free murdering at will. Corruption is at the highest level of all institutions. Greed & violence are the way of the land. Everyone wants for themselves, drug use & the worship of the devil have cults of crazed teenage murderers abducting & slaying innocent people in order to appease their deity of power, in this world you must fear the youth as the rivers flow with the Satan’s Sludge”
