Taking cues from both dream pop and contemporary indie rock, Jack began teaching himself the art of recording while still at school, refining his haunting melodies and bittersweet lyrics over the years since.

Heavily inspired by the hills and forests of his home, the record is steeped in wonder at the natural world, evoking its mystery and beauty with vivid, poetic lyrics.
