CT056: CARLO ONDA «Sonnen & Baden»
INFO: This collection of songs was largely initiated by a postcard from Faddl-Gaggl (postmark 1918), who, back from a trip around the equator, sends his friend Fritz Leuthold a greeting from “Rationalien”, whereby it cannot be clearly read out whether it means Switzerland or Japan. I am here in 2019. The first texts are created and the holiday theme visits me from time to time. Then in May 2020 I decided to bring the texts out and bundle them. Musically we are close to Minimal-Wave, High-Nrg and Italo Disco.Tourism-critical as I am, there are moments on this album where it is questionable whether this is still fun or if it is already stupid .
