This album has been a lot of work over the past six months and I’m really happy with how it has turned out.
I wrote most of these songs over the past year and I recorded them in my bedroom. All of these songs were recorded using FL Studio and modest equipment.
Sun Dances and Wait for Me were both previously released as singles, but I think my favorite song of the album is outsider. Its quite simple musically but I’m really happy with the bass riff in the chorus. The lyrics are based of Albert Camus’ 1942 novel “The Outsider.” The Cure’s song “Killing an Arab” is also based of the book, which is how I heard of it. Jack’s vocals really carry the song and his input to all of the songs on this album have helped it to become what it is now.
There’s also an edition of 24 CD’s which have been assembled in the “studio”.
I’m really proud of where the label has come since I started work on this album and I am looking forward to the next 6 months.
