“This One” was written, recorded, and released by Area (Lynn Canfield, Henry Frayne, and Steve Jones) in 1986 on their debut album, “White Canvas New Hope.” A remastered version is included with the re-release of the group’s second full album, “Radio Caroline” 2023 on Projekt Records.
