Last September, the day after Efterklang released their fifth studio album Altid Sammen, the Danish trio played a special show at Hamburg’s Elbphilharmonie concert hall as part of Reeperbahn Festival. Performing Altid Sammen live in its entirety for the first time – their only record made in their mother tongue – Efterklang members Casper Clausen, Mads Brauer and Rasmus Stolberg were joined onstage by Simon Toldam (piano), Øyunn (drums and vocals) and the Belgian baroque ensemble B.O.X. The concert was a triumphant celebration of Efterklang’s 20 year-strong career as they also revisited highlights from their wide-ranging back catalogue.
Friday 17th April, at 8pm BST, Efterklang are offering fans the opportunity to watch the show live and chat live with band members and other viewers from the comfort of their homes.
