The new album “Head Buried” by EBM pioneers Portion Control was meant as a digital only release. But now Swedish label Progress Productions has secured the rights to release an extended CD version.
Only 500 copies of the limited edition digipak CD will be made. Not many details are known, but it will be an extended version of the album and it will be out soon. Meanwhile, listen to the digital version on Bandcamp. The band describes the contents of “Head Buried”: “Features a mix of trademark malevolent pieces constructed post PURE FORM. Some instances have been incorporated into transmissions along with clumsy, broken, distressed monotone slabs.”
