During the 1970’s a man called “The Butcher” ran a section of the city located in the meatpacking district where he utilized a warehouse to carryout his nefarious disposal of victims. His reputation for being a cold and merciless hitman earned him a great amount of respect that even the most hardened criminals would fear him.”
