Born of ritual and incantation, HÄG’s approach to doomed, blackened heavy rock summons malevolence with dreamy, weighty vocals spliced between venomous musical passages that, like the night hag, consume you like a nightmare, paralyzed with something heavy against your chest, only to lift you from the terror long enough to taste relief before devouring you again.
