'Hot Penny Day' On The Tonight Show Dry Cleaning

Last night Dry Cleaning made a triumphant return to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to play ‘Hot Penny Day.’ A majority of the track’s lyrics were written while Florence Shaw walked around a flea market, as she recorded herself and wrote down things she saw.

Dry Cleaning’s imperious new album Stumpwork is out now on 4AD.
