People of the Black Circle was founded in the first months of 2021 in Athens, Greece. Their music aspires to combine the heaviness of Doom guitar sound with melodic vocal lines, while at the same time incorporating an eerie Horror Synth atmosphere.

People of the Black Circle started up as a love letter to all the artists that inspired us. Musicians, painters, writers and poets who somehow managed to capture all the dark reflections bleeding through the cracks of reality and transform them into timeless art.
If anything else, human fascination with darkness has always indicated a tedency to explore, a resolve to overcome, to reflect on what makes life and existence fragile, vulnerable and ultimately human. Empty, silent and dark places of the soul are only there to allow one’s imagination to unfold indefinitely.
In that spirit, we decided to cover three songs of our favourite artists as a tribute, while adding in a new composition of our own (All Fled/Recompense). We hope that “All the Colors of the Dark” EP manages to bring us all together in reverence for the dark world and the secret fire that pulses burning in it’s center.
