Power Metal legends Wings of Destiny are proud to release their new single «Never Surrender» via Wormholedeath worldwide. The song was written initially by Marco Garau (Magic Opera, Derdian) as a piano piece for his solo album. He gave this theme to Anton Darusso to see what he can come up with (lyric-wise and arrangement-wise). Applying WOD style to the piano instrumental it turned into a power/symphonic melodic metal piece and by adding blasting solos by David Shankle in a classical «old school» manner it even transformed more into a heavy tune. «Never Surrender» is about the life of an inspiring musician, artist, or novelist who is dedicating his life to creating fantasy stories & music and even though life is challenging and can be very hard at times this artist never surrenders and keep going strong.
