Sam writes: Here’s another one of my 1985 videos which I made in Community College. Those black lines are intentional. Back then the only way to create affordable slow motion was to use the jog wheel on the editor to slow down the footage while rescanning with a video camera. That gives the scan lines, the distortion, and what we thought (at the time) was a cool effect.
The song “Out of the Clouds” is from my 1985 TANZMUSIK LP. The album version is the final 1:16 of the audio (after the edit from front to back of the plane at 1:42.)
