“Midnight cowboy is about love, mixed with a twist of alchemy and mysticism. It’s a story of loneliness, madness and desires to share with your muse. I came up with the initial inspiration for the song the other night when I sat down on my terrace, after a bad shift at work. I was left staring at the pale full moon in the sky, yeah … there was some kinda magic in the air that night that I really can’t explain. I felt so lonely and I had a lot of different desires going through my mind. I was thinking, is this the “all famous lunacy” I’m going through right now?! Haha… I guess it was.”

Serpico are currently in the studio with producer Anssi Kippo putting final touches to “Chosen Four” album. Anssi adds “The new Serpico single restored my faith in Finnish rock music.
