The riffs on “District 19” are influenced by Black Flag, Voivod and Die Kreuzen. Some of it is pretty difficult to play because it jumps around the neck a ton. I had to get pretty caffeinated to pull it off.
Tony Adolescent:
“District 19” is a comment on kids accessing assault weapons and shooting up their community.
