Wasn’t it a secret that the hardcore band from the interior of São Paulo, Manger Cadavre? would present their definitive line-up still in 2020. With the departure of guitarist Marcelo Augusto and bassist Jonas Santos, the band continued to do their scheduled shows in 2020 with substitutes Estevam Romera (Desalmado) and Guilherme Elias (Surra) taking turns on bass, and with Rodrigo Buitoni (Crânula) on guitar.
Caught by the interruption of the concerts due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the band can organize itself, update the issues, such as the release of the compact 7 ”of the EP“ Senhores da Moral ”, and find members who identify with the proposal of the band. The release is now available for pre-sale with the labels that are working on the band.

Plans for the future
A Manger Cadavre? follows as a productive band. Even with the process of composing a new album with a fixed lineup, they intend to release an EP with the temporary members. With composition by Guilherme Elias and Estevam Romera, the idea is that the sounds also come out in compact 7 ”.
“Estevam and Gui were very dedicated during these semesters that were in the band, and, besides being our friends, they are excellent musicians. We learned a lot from them and we would like to record their passage in the band. That is why the idea of recording an EP with two songs. ”, Adds Marcelo Kruszynski.
About concerts and tours, everything is still uncertain, but the band says that the idea remains the same: play as much as possible within the limitations of each member, after all, they need to work too, but the idea of the European tour remains alive.
In September, with the reopening of the studios in the yellow phase (counting on all protocols to prevent the spread of the virus, such as cleaning, wearing masks and testing employees), the band met to carry out the first test tests with new members.
“As they had many months to remove the songs from our set, the feeling is that they were already part of the band. They are friends of the tour, so this integration was very easy and it was already possible to think about composing the new album ”, comments Nata.
