Last year May 26th, 2023 via Rockshots Records Canada’s Walk With Titans released their debut album “Olympian Dystopia” presenting an epic power metal with a twist of Greek Mythology.
Today, the band shares the new single called “Bellerophon”. Bellerophon is the heroe who defeated Chimera while riding Pegasus, after his accomplishments he started to believe he belonged to Olympus along with the gods which angered them. On his way to Olympus while riding Pegasus, a very angry Zeus sent a gadfly to sting the winged horse which led to Bellerophon’s fall.
Guitarist Louis Jacques further comments: “It’s a myth we loved and wanted to dedicate a song to. It tells us that, whatever you accomplish in life, you must stay humble otherwise, life will humble you.”
