Pekko Käppi K: H: H: Lwith their bands has completed their fourth full-length album. An array of sixteen songs that will be released in September is called Aurora and it can be found on the shelves of record stores as well as on the waves of streaming services on September 10, 2021. The whole has been produced, recorded and mixed in many musical broth marinated Jussi Jaakonaho, is responsible for lyrics as in previous discs Toni Tapaninen and the composition is Käpin as well Tommi Laine handwriting.
According to Peko, Aamunkoi is a collection of gentle dystopic musical short stories. A forum for opposing ideas. The songs on the album are stories that revolutionize and revolutionize the flow of human beings. They are stories of how pink cherry blossoms bloom despite a surprising twist that is fantastically brutal, especially for humanity. They are stories of overflowing, instantly igniting abstract anger and, on the other hand, love for which, however, no words can be found. Stories of church bells looming in the distance and the most beautiful dawn of all time: in the midst of distress, the bells of the world ring just for you, but in the midst of great upheavals, no one should be left alone.
When Peko is asked where he places a new album musically, the scale is wide, even enigmatic.
-If I tried to describe the novelty as a concert, it would perform there Grateful Dead as a visitor Annikki Tähti and as heaters would be Eeva-Liisa Manner mixed J. Karjalainen.
The album’s first single, Whale, is KHHL’s lyricist Tapaninen’s surreal description of anticipation and the last, very beautiful moment, after which everything is different. Eventually, someone unknown holds you by the hand and the question is left in the air: “Where do the whales swim?”. There were whales Aurorawas the last track to be processed on the record and it had to be interrupted because Käppi cut off his hand and had to train intensively for about two months before the last missing tracks could be played and the record could be piloted safely to his home port.
